CHOCOLATES Raspberry Coconut Oatmeal Cookies (made out of coconut oil!)

Before Tony and I started officially dating, We baked him four different batches of cookies and shipped them to him within the cutest wrapped Martha Stewart boxes I purchased off Amazon . com. If you beloved this write-up and you would like to obtain far more info concerning Zucchini boats (http://www.esprit-di-vin.com) kindly check out our own website. I considered to myself, if this guy wants cookies, he’s going to get some good damn great cookies. I stayed until the wee hours baking and product packaging each batch in anticipation of this incredible relationship which was about to start. My entire heart proceeded to go into those cookies as I knew that might be it for me. When Tony received the box, he text me, You have won my heart.”
Accurate story. We’re romantics and I wouldn’t own it any other way.
Still even today, We bake for the ones I love. Because if there’s any way to create a smile to someone’s encounter, certainly it’s by mixing up a batch of sweet-sticky dough layered with puddles of chocolate. I’m actually uncertain what’s better: baking from scuff for someone you love; or watching them scarf down your creation in a moment of 100 % pure bliss. You have to admit, it’s a little incredible how something sugary can make us experience joyful.
Tony’s beloved cookie is my White Chocolate Coconut Blueberry Oatmeal and I don’t blame him for loving them so. They taste a little like a blueberry muffin, except with crispy sides and an oat structure that’s undeniably addicting. I wanted to do something a little different using the cookies this time, so I swapped chocolates for white, jazzed it up with coconut sugars and used raspberries instead of the blueberries. NOW I AM the one in love.
